Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy 

We are committed to shipping your order out as soon as we can. Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST are shipped same day. You can select your shipping option when you check out. We ship via UPS & USPS in the United States. On the checkout page after you enter your zip code and state you will be able to select a shipping option.

We only charge for shipping and handling what we are charged by UPS or USPS.

* International Orders - It is your responsibility to find out about your country's laws concerning receiving herbs and the customs policies. If you place an order and your country does not allow our products to be shipped in you will not receive a refund. We know that Mexico does not allow herb orders and people in Australia have had customs challenges as well. 



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in the original packaging. 

We guarantee the quality of all of our formulas and products. We cannot however guarantee specific results as each body and healing process is unique.

To start a return, you can contact us at Please write "Return" in the subject line and provide your order number.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If we make an error with picking or shipping your order we will send a call tag and the correct product. If you order the wrong product we will exchange it for you once the item is returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
