What is the Three Day Cleansing Program and Mucusless Diet?

What is “mucus?”

Mucus is a sticky gelatinous substance that the body creates to line the cells in the respiratory system, lungs, nose, digestive tract, and sinuses in order to protect them from harmful bacteria or fungi that could enter.

Three Day Cleansing Program Guide
Dr. Christopher’s mucusless diet starts with a three day cleanse. This cleanse is to detoxify from and toxins, waste, or other harmful buildup in the body. During this cleanse you aren’t supposed to eat, but instead only drink water and juice for three days.
Start by picking a juice, either apple juice, carrot juice, citrus juice, grape or tomato juice, and sticking with it for the full three days.
You’ll start each day by drinking 16 ounces of prune juice and 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. You’ll continue to alternate between juice and water throughout the day.
Dr. Christopher’s three day cleanse is a perfect way to start the mucusless diet, but it is also a body cleanser any time you’re feeling like you need a detox. As your body is going through the elimination and balancing process you may have times where you feel weak or achy. Your body is removing all the toxins and mucus and that can be a lot of hard work.

The Mucusless Diet
While the three day cleanse is helpful during the timeframe of doing the cleanse, the benefits will continue as you proceed to follow the Mucusless diet.
The Mucusless diet focuses on adding alkaline, regenerative foods to the diet and eliminating the ones that cause mucus and disease.
Take one teaspoon of cayenne three times a day
Take three tablespoons of honey and apple cider vinegar a day
Take two or more Kelp capsules a day, or sprinkle powder on salads or other foods
Take one tablespoon of molasses a day
Take one tablespoon of wheat germ oil a day
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, and whole grains.
(Eliminate these from the diet completely)
Flour and products containing flour
