Emori Sky Brown

General Manager

Emori has been serving customers at Christopher's Herb Shop since 2017. Throughout her time on the team, she has worked in nearly all positions, including as a line cook at our adjoining café, a cashier in the physical store, and a shipping clerk for our web platform. Over the years, she has enjoyed the ongoing opportunity to learn about herbs and other strategies for natural wellness, and has become familiar with fan-favorite products, including the Christopher's line of formulas. Emori is incredibly grateful to be part of an organization that empowers its community (and beyond) with knowledge and resources to improve their health. When she's not at the Herb Shop, Emori enjoys a variety of creative hobbies, such as playing musical instruments, drawing or painting, and writing essays and works of fiction. She hopes to have her first novel published within the next few years.

Wendy Plake

Wendy has spent 12 years working at Dr. Christopher's Herb Shop, where her passion for herbal medicine and natural healing has continued to grow and evolve both through study and hands-on experience. She is a Master Herbalist Graduate from the School of Natural Healing, a Diplomate in Holistic Iridology, and a graduate of both the Alchemical Herbalism and Vitalist Herbal Practitioner programs through the Evolutionary School of Herbalism. Her work is deeply rooted in the belief that the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support through herbs, nourishment, and connection to nature. Wendy combines herbalism, iridology, and the study of medical astrology to help people better understand their bodies and find more balance in their health and everyday lives. For Wendy, continued education is a lifelong journey, and she is always studying, learning, and deepening her understanding of holistic wellness and the healing gifts of Mother Earth.
